Tasty Pudding

Ingredients
Milk - 3 cups
Sugar - 3 to 4 tsp
Custard powder - 3 to 4 (any flavour)

For second layer
Sweet biscuits - 12 to 14

For third layer
Chocolate sauce - 1 cup

For the topmost layer

Two cups of fresh fruits - any seasonal fruits or dried fruits

Method
Bring the milk to boil in the thick bottomed pan and reduce the quantity to three fourths its quantity. Mix the custard in half cup of lukewarm milk to obtain a smooth custard paste. Add to the boiling milk and keep stirring so on low fire so that so lumps form and the milk does not stick to the bottom. When the custard begins to thicken continue to stir and cook on low fire and then put off the heat when it has thickened. Pour small portions into individual glasses and allow the custard mixture to settle in the glasses. Once the custard has set and cooled to room temperature place the glasses in the fridge for one hour. When it is time to serve, place a few biscuits each into each glass over the custard layer. Top the biscuits with a portion of chocolate sauce and top with fresh fruits and serve. You can prepare this dessert and keep in the fridge and serve right away when the guests come visiting. If you are preparing before hand then you need to add 1 tsp of lemon juice to the fresh fruits so that these do not discolour.
